All FC&MCC Members,


The Friday Cruise nights have started with lots of new cars and new friendships. It has been cold and was threatening to rain last Friday night so the crew closed down early. The weather looks good for this coming Friday night so hope to have a good turnout.

VABBQ will be giving out coupons for their meals and they plan to give the club a donation. If you eat there on Friday night save the receipt and VABBQ will give a donation to the club depending upon the receipts collected.

We need a DJ…someone who can be available most Friday nights. We have a couple of vounteers…when they can come…but work keeps them away some Friday nights. We will start a swap meet (selling of parts) on Friday night, May 3rd. Flyers are getting made up. If you are a club member there is no charge, but if not you will be required to pay a $10 fee. Bring a table and your old parts and see who needs them. We will have a special parking place for the parts and hope that it will be something we can continue with all year to help raise money for the needy families.

I just want to remind members that when registering at area shows, please indicate that you are a member of the FC&MCC so everyone gets counted towards club participation award. We had a good turn out at the McLane Auto Show on Saturday, April 17, and hope to have good turnout again this Saturday, April 24, at the church on Lafayette Blvd. in Fredericksburg. It is good to see friends that we have not seen all winter! Hope to see more friends at the Friday night cruises. We also want to welcome all the new members and hope to see them at our club meetings and at the Friday night cruises.
