All FC&MCC Members,



We are proud of our cruise-in as we have lots of cars and lots of fun. We have a photographer that will take pictures of the cars and he is there each Friday night. He is doing some work for the VABBQ. So if you see your car in an ad he is the one that took it. We need door prizes so if you are at a business that would like to donate please let them help. We need all trophy money in by the first of next week as we need to have names engraved on the trophies. We will have a lot of vendors this year. We have done a lot of advertising and hope we will have a good crowd. The Church lot is big and we have the use of the bathrooms. We also need coupons for the goodie bags we will hand out 50.

Paul and Evelyn have sold most of the trophies this year, they are a plus for this club we really thank them. I have had several members willing to help with the show so looks like we have everything just right. We will be giving out top 50 and some special ones. Carmen has been working on the Chinese auction and we will have a bigger one this year. Leslie and Kim will be doing registration.

I want to thank Ron for the nice job he does at DJ each Friday night at our cruise-in. I have some pictures of the cruise -in and I will be taking pictures at our show so we can put them on our Web site.

We are having a poor showing at our meetings so expect a call along with your e-mail. It is getting where some of us are wasting our time and making all the decisions for the club. I know it is summer and we all have things to do but if you could plan around the second Tuesday night of each month so more could attend it would really be great. We have members that we never see, it would be good to know them better.

Hope to see everyone at the show. In case you forgot when and where our show is; it’s going to be held at the Chancellor Baptist Church on the 15th of August. The church is on Gordon Road in Spotsylvania.
