All FC&MCC Members,

Pop Wilson is recovering from his open heart surgery and should be back to work in the middle of March 2008. We want to thank everyone that came to the hospital to visit. We were overjoyed with all the gifts and help that we received. Pop is having a hard time waiting until the doctor turns him loose to go back to work.

I will make this a short newsletter as I don’t have much time to write. I hope that as many as you will come to the meeting this month as we plan to discuss the cruise-in. The cruise-in is just around the corner and we have no flyers. I am going to try to make some to hand out at the next meeting. Wesley will be in charge of organizing activities at the cruise-in. If anyone can help with putting stickers on the cars, parking, and setting up equipment and taking down equipment, please let him know. I will bring door prizes. Paul Bickel has purchased some parking cones to help with the parking so maybe we will have more space to park cars.

I will try to get the cruise-in in the local newspaper. The next meeting is March 11 at 7pm. Paul Bickel has accepted the position of Historian. Pete Patterson filled in for me at the last meeting, and did a nice job.

Hope to see everyone at the meeting! Thanks again for all the prayers and well wishes that we received during Pop’s hospital stay.
