All FC&MCC Members,

Hope everyone is getting ready for our Blast Out Big Halloween cruise on the 31st. I ordered extra trophies and we will have our jail. We really need help with all the extra things going on. We need judges a jailer, and lots of parking help. This has been a great season and we have $3,000 dollars to help needy families. I have contacted Spotsylvania, Fredericksburg and Stafford and we will start out with two families from each county with 4 or less children. We are hoping that Roses will let us shop there this Christmas as they gave us 10% off of everything we bought. Then we went to Wall Mart and got gift cards for all the families with what ever we had left over.

We will be doing a special cruise on October 24th for a small child with cancer that needs our help. We will be taking donations and the 50/50 for that night will go to him. The family cannot afford all the medical bills so we hoping that we can help at least a little. Ron will be doing a 50/50 at his cruise in this Saturday (Oct 18) so hope all will attend this special one also. This will be his last cruise for this year so lets get together and give him a big send off and also help little Mat.

We had a nice turnout for our meeting some new members that have some new ideas and we were so glad to get to know them so if I did not thank you Tuesday night you have my thanks now. I was so glad to see everyone. I want to thank Paul & Evelyn for the nice time we had at the club picnic we thought it was going to rain but we only had a small shower and Paul has a great garage so we did not get wet. Thanks again Paul & Evelyn!

In case you did not see Jeremy our wounded soldier was at the cruise on Friday night he is such a nice person, and we all wish him the best. Next meeting we will have nominations for officers. We are looking forward to great season next year. I suggest if you know some one or would like to be an officer check out our by laws on this Web site. I have some printed up. I just want to let everyone know that this is not a job and we have no bosses the club as a whole votes on everything and it will be up to the officers to uphold their suggestions. It is not a hard roll to have. You can have other members to form committees, which is a good way to get started. Hope everyone will come to next meeting as we will be getting ready for our Christmas parades. We will be in both Spotsy and Fredericksburg Dec.6th at 2:00pm and 5:30pm we have room for 15 cars so, let me know if you want to be in either parade.
